I saw this idea on Pinterest (doesn't everybody get their ideas from there?) And I thought I'd give it a try. The suggestion was to "Interview" your kids every year, with the same questions, and see how they change. Ideally you'd want to start when they're about 3, but since there was no such thing as Pinterest when my boys were 3, we'll start now!
